The Hingham Intimate Invitational is back for 2022 with a one-day tournament on Saturday, August 6, 2022 in Hingham Massachusetts (20 miles south of Boston). 16 mixed teams. 5/2 gender ratio. Lined fields with mid-field 2-point line (cross-gender).

The tournament was founded in 1988, so this year marks its 34th anniversary. Winner receives the highly coveted Hingham Invitational Champions Cup. This year's event features the return of Tea Party, the most decorated team in Hingham history. Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Massachusetts.

Thanks to all the teams who came to Hingham this year and battled for the Cup in temps that topped 94F. Fittingly, two former Hingham champs, Tea Party and WHUF, met in an epic finals with WHUF rallying from an early deficit to take the championship and earn possession of the Cup. Congrats to Hingham stalwarts Jiggy for winning the D2 honors.

We're already scheming for a bigger and better Hingham Invitational next year. Hope to see you all back here on the first weekend in August again (08/05/2023).
